Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they incorporate the
basis upon which bookings are accepted by Showbiz International Pty. Limited
trading as Qantas Box Office (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company')
All bookings are subject to availability.
All details regarding event dates and times, ticket availability, prices and
cast details are subject to change.
Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, The Company may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received.
All prices include GST when applicable and a minimum Company fee of $9.35
per ticket or 13.5% of the total supply price, whichever is greater, unless otherwise
stated. The ticket price may also include any ticket agency fees, promoter allocation
fees and any other applicable third party service fees.
The Company is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events
or for changes in the programme or performers.
In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, cancellation fees will
apply. In the case of the cancellation of an event, upon authorisation by the
promoter or third party organisation through whom tickets were provided and on
the return of your tickets to the Company office, you will be refunded the amount
paid for event tickets less the Delivery Fees paid at purchase. If the promoter postpones an event,
your tickets will generally be valid for the new date/time. If you are unable
to attend the rescheduled performance there may be limitations set by the promoter
or third party organisation through whom tickets were provided as to how refunds
will be handled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance and
the promoter or third party organisation through whom tickets were provided authorises
refunds, you will be refunded the amount paid for event tickets less the Delivery Fees incurred
at purchase.
Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be sent by Post will be received 10-21 days out from the performance. Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be collected from the Box Office will be available for collection from at the venue Box Office from 2 hours prior to the performance. If tickets are purchased within 14 days of the performance, tickets will need to be collected at the Show's box office from 2 hours before the start of the performance. If you reside outside of Australia all tickets will be made available for collection at the venue from 2 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
The Company reserves the right to charge an administration fee if a lost ticket
voucher needs to be issued.
The Company is unable to guarantee specific seating locations and therefore cannot
accept liability in respect of claims made by customers resulting from venue
designation or allocation being perceived as below expectation. Travel Agents
have no authority to make representations as to the quality or location of seating
without the Company's express authority in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Hotel descriptions are based on current hotel guides and contractual agreements
provided by hotels and suppliers. Any facilities shown as included are subject
to change at any time. The standards of accommodation and other services are
based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain
class, however the Company does not represent or guarantee the standard, class
or fitness for purpose of that accommodation or service.
Hotel cancellation fees will apply and are determined on a case by case basis
and are subject to agreements between the Company and the hotel management.
In the case of an event being cancelled or re-scheduled the monies paid for the
accommodation component of the package is non-refundable.
Air arrangements are made as required by Airline Tariff Regulations. Some airfares
have limited validity or are required to be booked and paid for by a certain
time before you travel. Please consult the Company for applicable airfare conditions.
It is a condition of the Company's confirmation that any monies paid by you to
the Company in respect of your tour, may be disbursed by the Company, as and
when the Company sees fit or in respect of the services to be provided or fees
payable under the tour programme; and the payment of a deposit or otherwise for
your tour shall be deemed to be a direction to disburse such monies aforesaid.

Responsibility: The Company finalises all arrangements
upon the express condition that it shall not be liable,
apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury,
death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity
which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect
in any venue, vehicle, vessel or aircraft, or through
the acts of default of any person engaged in conveying
or accommodation of passengers, or in the carrying out
of arrangements of tours, events or otherwise in connection
herewith.
The Company has utilised information provided by third party companies and all
attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. Alterations
and amendments can occur and the Company can not be held responsible.
The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions,
or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators,
shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection
with your tour pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom
the Company has no direct and exclusive control. The Company does not accept
liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) or any injury, damage, loss,
delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by
force majeure or other events which are beyond the Company's control or which
are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the Company's part including but
not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather,
acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or
failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving
the Company's employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding
to the demands of a labour group).
The contract is governed in all respects by the law of the State of New South
Wales and any legal action arising under the Contract shall be litigated only
in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in that State.
Where travel and/or accommodation arrangements are included in your booking the
Company strongly recommends that, at the time of booking, you purchase a comprehensive
travel insurance policy.
Qantas Frequent Flyer Points
Unless otherwise stated, current members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program
will earn one Frequent Flyer Point for each dollar spent on tickets and services
purchased through Qantas Box Office. The Frequent Flyer points will be allocated
to the Frequent Flyer member's account after Qantas has been notified that the
full purchase price for the relevant tickets or services has been paid. The terms
and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program apply. No Frequent Flyer
points will be earned on the refunded portion of any ticket or service.
The Frequent Flyer points earned are in addition to points that may be awarded
by your credit card provider.
